The Bayou Fitness DB Dumbbell Bench has seven incline adjustments from flat to a 90 degree military position. The back support cushion was designed with a dual purpose in mind. In the rotated position it becomes a preacher curl. The preacher curl can be adjusted to six different angles to better suit your needs.
